Approx. 300 Ton/per day is ending up in alleys, rivers & eventually the ocean.
Approx. 2000 tons is collected

Airtight barrels used for bokashi fermentation of food waste
White barrel, 30 liters. Suitable for classroom use
Blue barrel, 60 liters. Suitable for cafeteria use
Bokashi bran is added to each layer of food waste in the barrel, 2 tablespoons per liter of food waste.
White barrel: 0.25 kilo per barrel
Blue barrel: 0.50 kilo per barrel
No smell, flies, or animals
