You may have heard someone say, " double trouble" or " double dare." Can you tell me your thoughts on these two sayings?

If you double something, that is like multiplying by two. For example, 3 x 2 is the same as 3 doubled (or 6). If you know how to double a number, you can easily multiply by four.

William has 6 apples and Israel has 8 apples.William is not happy he says “It’s not fair, Israel has more than me!”

Then find how much is left over __2____.

How many do they have all together?

7 + 7 = 14

First give the boys an equal amount. What will this look like?
