TRANSCRIPT REQUEST

  • Students will be able to request transcripts from Parchment. The site is Parchment.com. Please know that once you request a transcript a notification is sent to the counselors/secretary who have to approve it. May take 24 hours.
  • Some of you may have already set up an account in a previous year. If you have a Parchment Account, continue to use it to request your transcript
  • We will go over how to send your transcript in the next few slides

You may have seen an email from Parchment at some point. It contains a specific link for your account.

If not, we have your registration code. You may select “have a registration code”.

After opening the email, you will see this page. Please go and click the Green Icon: Finish Setting Up Your Parchment Account

  • It should prompt you for a registration code. If not, click “I have a registration code”
  • Get the code from the Guidance Office (secretary or counselor)
  • Enter the code
  • Follow screenshots on next few slides

This Page is the top of the Demographics Page

Please make sure your name and email is correct in the email space. It should be your personal email.

Make your password your school computer password

Put in your Birthday and Grade Level

Then scroll down and the rest of the page is on the next slide for more instructions.

After scrolling down from top, please click, No, I do not wish to share my information. ��Also click I do waive my right to access��Finally, check the two or three statements at the bottom. Then click Let’s Go. ��

Click X when this pops up. �If you don’t you will not be able to ever request your transcript.��After this please skip the next two slides.

Parchment at Parchment.com

If you do have a Parchment account already you need to click Sign In where the arrow shows.

Use the email you used as the username and the password you set it.

Now Everyone should be on this slide and page, even if you skipped the last two. ��Hit the word “Order”

Pick College or Yourself to send Transcript. You will type name of college in Search menu and hit Search.

Parent must sign and type their name along with checking the box that they approve for student to send transcript. After doing this once the signature will be saved for future requests.

On Order Summary Page you should see the school you are sending it to, if correct Complete Order
