  • MGMT 320/420 Introduction to Family Businesses 1/13-3/3
    • How do family businesses differ from non-family businesses in philosophy, ownership structure and generation
    • Ways to navigate the unique opportunities and challenges in their evolution
  • MGMT 321/421 Complexities of Family Businesses 3/17-4/28
    • Understanding roles, expectations and balancing of stakeholders
    • What to consider before working in a family business

No prerequisites; classes build on each other but can be taken individually; guest speakers
