$40 hourly wage for Kindergarten teachers
$4,200 a year in child care is affordable for median income (7% of household income)
$10,000 a year is average current regional market rate (ages 0-5, any type of child care)
$100mil a year in total child care fees
$60mil a year in agency-based federal and state child care subsidies (pre-COVID)
