Present Perfect Tense

Present Perfect Tense adalah suatu bentuk kata kerja yang digunakan untuk mengungkapkan aksi/peristiwa di masa lalu, dan masih berlanjut hingga sekarang.

Atau, Present Perfect Tense juga bisa digunakan untuk menjelaskan peristiwa yang sudah selesai di waktu tertentu di masa lalu, tapi efeknya masih bisa dirasakan hingga sekarang.

Contoh kalimatnya seperti ini:

● I have seen this movie six times.

( aku sudah melihat film ini sebanyak 6 kali )

RUMUS :

1. Pola Kalimat Positif  Present Perfect Tense

S + have/has + Past participle (V3)

Contoh kalimat:

● She has worked in the hospital for six years. 

(Dia sudah bekerja di rumah sakit selama 6 tahun)

● I have fixed my computer. 

(Aku sudah membetulkan komputerku)

2. Pola Kalimat Negatif  Present Perfect Tense

S + have/has + not + Past participle (V3)

Contoh kalimat:

● She hasn’t worked in the hospital. 

(Dia sudah tidak bekerja di rumah sakit)

● I have not fixed my computer. 

(Aku belum membetulkan komputerku)

3. Pola Kalimat Tanya (Interrogative) Present Perfect Tense

Have/has  + S + Past participle (V3)?

Contoh kalimat: 

● Has she worked in the hospital for six years? 

(Apakah dia sudah bekerja di rumah sakit selama 6 tahun?)

● ave you fixed my computer? 

(Apakah kamu sudah membetulkan komputerku?)
