Improvement

Plan

The Consolidated LEA Improvement Plan (or “CLIP”) defines how we, the Franklin County School System, will support our students when accepting Federal Funds under The Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) of 2015.

The Franklin County School System receives the following Federal Funds:

  • Title I, Part A
  • Title I, Part C
  • Title II, Part A
  • Title III, Part A
  • Title IV, Part A
  • Title V, Part B
  • IDEA

Each year, Federal, State and Local funds are coordinated to meet the needs of our students. For the ESSA and IDEA Federal grants, the identification of these student needs directs the development of the budget.
