As a group we have all come to the conclusion that PowerPoint Microsoft, would be the best option as is provides services that other presentation apps may not provide. Such as the combination of “the best in class apps”-Excel, outlook, not to mention their cloud service like OneDrive and Microsoft teams. PowerPoint enables the creativity of anyone where it be from the countless presentational themes, frontals and animations charts, tables and so much more. While, allowing them to be able to share anywhere on any device.

Pick the fonts that are appropriate for the presentation.

Make sure that you use PowerPoint to highlight the point and summaries what is being said. Don’t create your whole script on PowerPoint.

Always proof read your sentences and spellings.

Make sure its straight to the point. Minimize bullet points.

If necessary add pictures.

Make sure fonts and images and colors all correlate.

The sizing for pictures and fonts must be chosen responsibly.

Minimize the slides. Make sure you points a valid and interesting.
