Jasmine Koch - St. Kate's/CSJ Food Access Hub, CSJ Food Access and Urban Agriculture Intern

My role at the St.Kate’s/CSJ Food Access Hub focused on becoming familiar with food shelf operations, supporting staff in projects connected to TRW classes and the CSJ community, and engage in weekly meetings with the team. A key moment in my time as an intern would be the relationships I have built with the FAH team, and being able to educate and inform the St.Kate’s community on the resources that the Food Access Hub offers.

In Spring of 2024, I plan on pursuing a project to produce laminated food shelf labels with additional translations in Spanish, Hmong, and Somali.
