What is synthetic aperture radar?
How the radar work?
Data is collected by installing the device in an aircraft, spacecraft, or object
moving, and the antenna focuses the radio waves on the target that is illuminated by several
directions during movement, so you create a large antenna hole, the greater the antenna aperture
The accuracy is increased and distant objects remain illuminated longer, allowing the radar to create an aperture
It is larger for distant objects and gives high accuracy over a wide range.
Our project is a simple video explaining the synthetic aperture
radar to
be suitable for young ages or for people who do not have
a background on radar through direct questions and
clarification with pictures in order to be easier to
understand better.
