His own responsibilities definitely keep him busy, but he is always the first to step in and help when someone needs assistance. He is a eager to understand what others' are experiencing, and open to finding ways to grow himself.

The activities she coordinates at Gilmour, such as the Kairos retreat, are beacons of hope for students. Her gentle and guiding hand has helped make these experiences so life transforming for all who attend. Ms. Ligas inspires hope through action.

What I admire most about Rhonda is how she always places the needs of the students front and center to everything we do here at GA. Rhonda is definitely an inspiration and because of her actions we are all better able to live out the Gilmour mission.

I can’t imagine a more caring, knowledgeable, or responsible person to journey with students when they experience an injury. She lives our charism of the Cross as she stands with individuals in their pain, suffering, and disappointment, and gives them hope through her steady presence and amazing skills as an athletic trainer.
