He is a model of our charism “The Cross, Our Only Hope” for the LS/MS/US and parish communities. His own responsibilities definitely keep him busy, but he is always the first to step in and help when someone needs assistance. He is a eager to understand what others' are experiencing, and open to finding ways to grow himself.

Laurie is certainly someone who finds ways to inspire her students. She is always coming up with new great projects for the kids and aligning them with our core beliefs and theme.

Br. Ken always offers a cheerful conversation or word of encouragement every time teachers walk through the office. His role at GA is immense, yet he carries it out every day with a sense of love and care for others.

Mr. Kilkenney impacts every aspect of the GA Community by his charismatic presence, selfless time, and personal attention given to his colleagues and students. ... He arrives to school early and he certainly stays late. David inspires hope for students, faculty, parents, staff, and alumni.

Ms. Martha Ligas: US Instructor in Theology; Service and Justice Coordinator

The activities she coordinates at Gilmour, such as the Kairos retreat, are beacons of hope for students. Her gentle and guiding hand has helped make these experiences so life transforming for all who attend. Ms. Ligas inspires hope through action.

Mrs. Novotney exemplifies patience, hope and kindness to her students and all the people she works with. … she takes the time to calm nervous parents as their children begin their journey at school.

Mr. David Pfundstein: Dean of Student Life and Leadership

Mr. Pfundstein consistently is putting others ahead of himself. He gives countless hours of his time helping others, ... never asking what's in it for him. David takes the time to get to know every member of this campus.

Ms. Reidy is an example of someone who always places the students interests above her own. So many of our international students are having to attend Gilmour virtually this year, but thanks to Ms. Reidy, all of our students feel included in our GA Community. … Ms. Reidy truly cares for the hearts and minds of all those she encounters.

What I admire most about Rhonda is how she always places the needs of the students front and center to everything we do here at GA. Rhonda is definitely an inspiration and because of her actions we are all better able to live out the Gilmour mission.

I can’t imagine a more caring, knowledgeable, or responsible person to journey with students when they experience an injury. She lives our charism of the Cross as she stands with individuals in their pain, suffering, and disappointment, and gives them hope through her steady presence and amazing skills as an athletic trainer.
