Registration Package Information

  • Catholic Feeder Schools

Registration packages have been provided to St. Francis. Packages for Holy Family, St. Elizabeth, & St. Joseph will be provided this coming Monday.

All registration packages will be picked up on Mon, January 27 from feeder schools. After that date they must be dropped off at St. Stephen

All completed packages are due by Fri, January 31

Public Non-Feeder or Virtual Schools

Registration packages can be picked up tonight or in the Front office beginning tomorrow

Student Activity Fees

$50 student activity fee will be payable during the first week of school in September using School Cash Online.

An email reminder will be sent out to parents during the first week of school.

Ontario Secondary School Graduation Requirements

1. 30 credits are required to earn your Ontario Secondary School Diploma

            • 17 compulsory credits
            • 9 elective credits
            • 4 religion credits

2. 40 Community Involvement Hours

            • These can be started as soon as you graduate from grade 8!

3. Literacy Requirement

          • Successfully completed the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (OSSLT) in grade 10 or Ontario Literacy Course (OLC) in grade 11 or 12

SEMESTER 1: September – January

SEMESTER 2: February – June

    • Students will carry a course load of 4 courses each semester.
    • Exams and culminating tasks are completed at the end of each semester.
