How to install the power cable?

The power cable (1) has three phases, ground and neutral.

The three phases are connected in (2), the neutral is connected on (3), the ground is connected on (4).

Hint: If you do not have enough power for two vessels with one power cable but you have enough power with two power cables A and B (one for each vessel) they should be connected directly on the fuse switches 5 (cable A) and 6 (cable B).

A qualified technician must do this !

In this case the power inputs of 5, 6 and 7 must be separated from each other and then 5 or 6 must also give power to 7 with three phases. In this case do not combine the two different neutral cables on 3 because of the ground-fault (earth-fault) protection.

(13) is the motor protection switch.

If the resistance on the stirrer is too high it will stop the motor. The alarm will then sound. You must then press the reset button on the motor protection switch to stop the alarm. The motor will then work again and the alarm will stop.

On the motor protection switch you can adjust the max. current of the motor. The higher the current the higher the max. allowed resistance on the stirrer.

How to install the power cable of the stirrer and the temperature cables?

The three phases of the power cable of the stirrer are connected in (1). If the stirrer turns into the wrong direction change two phases. The stirrer must push the mash up.

Do not forget to connect the ground also !

Temperature cable for upper vessel in (2).

Temperature cable for lower vessel in (3).

Hint: 2 cables for each temperature probe needed. Connect 2 out of the 3 in case you have a cable consisting of 3 smaller cables. Usually it is black and blue.
