Where did Hashem speak to Moshe?

Once the Mishkan was raised Hashem only spoke to Moshe from the tent of meeting.

The beginning of the book of Vayikra starts with Hashem spoke to Moshe from the tent of Meeting

How come it says Hashem spoke to Moshe at Mt Sinai?

3 possible answers:

1 אין מוקדם ומאוחר בתורה

There is no chronological order in Torah and this portion belongs earlier and it is out place here.

Problem. This is only used when we have no other choice.

2. This is where moses told them what hashem told him much earlier.

Problem it says in the verse here that Hashem told moshe.

3. Moshe was telling them now what Hashem told him much earlier.

Problem. Why would Moshe not give over and wait so long?

Rashi solution: the meaning of בהר סיני means that they camped at the side of mt sinai.

Were all the details told to Moshe on the mountain

Rabbi Yishmael says only the general idea of the mitzvos were given to Moshe on the mountain the details of the Mitzvos were given from the Ohel Moed

Rabbi Akiva says all the details were given as well.

Rabbi Yishmael was a Kohen Gadol

Rabbi Akiva was a convert

Like a Tzadik and a Bal Teshuvah

For a Tzadik it enough in the beginning of the day

A bal teshuvah needs to stand all the days
