BAD WEATHER?
-You will be notified of a cancelation through
e-mail and on our Facebook pages
-Remember, just because the rain stopped, does not mean fields are playable
-We will inform families of cancellations as soon we can assess the fields
-If games are cancelled, concession stand will be closed (no need to make up)
Baseball - Rain Date Majors, PW, LL June 30, July 1, and as needed/available
- Tee Ball and Minors not guaranteed

*sign up <APRIL 14-16 @ 5pm> - e-mail link will be sent prior
*must be signed up PRIOR to uniform pick up (we will not sign you up at the park)
*$300 check is required at uniform pick up for ALL families (even head coaches)

*Age requirements for volunteering in the stand is 18!
*We ask that any “team snacks” are
purchased through the concession stand
Concession Stand Volunteering
?What if I don’t show up for my shift?
-Your $300 check WILL BE CASHED!!-
?What if I don’t have a check book?
-We recommend you get a check from the
bank, a cashiers check, or a friend
?What if I can’t make it to my shift?
-You will need to find someone to cover: family member, friend,
neighbor, or anyone over 18. This is your responsibility.
!!We will not respond to email requests for changing of shift!!
-While we understand “life happens”, we have over 700 players
and can not grant these requests.
Concession Stand Volunteering
?How many hours do I need to Volunteer?
-Every family (Baseball and softball combined) is
required to volunteer 2, 2 hour shifts (4 hours)
-These can be done any day the park is running games
-Sunday through Saturday
-Tournament players: Each tournament player is required to volunteer an additional 4 hour weekend shift
-These can be done during any tournament weekend (Baseball or Softball, including the Thursday of Polka Days)
Examples:
one league player - 4 family hours
three league players - 4 family hours
one league player, one tournament player - 4 family hours + 4 weekend tournament hours = 8 hours
two tournament players - 4 family hours + 8 weekend tournament hours = 12 hours

-No big barrel (2 ¾”) for T-ball and Machine Pitch Minors
-No diameter regulations for Softball or Machine Pitch Majors, 7U, and Up
-Tournaments may have different bat regulations
