YEAR ONE

  • Select an outside support to assist in the branding of the district’s Strategic Plan and institute the new graphics and information on all district communications.
  • Create new stationery and templates for the district and buildings to incorporate as a consistent, professional image into all BP3 communications.
  • Increase the distribution of district information to the public through social media and on the BP3 website (communication audit to support this process).

YEAR TWO

  • Expand opportunities to include district and school news in the local media.
  • Review current communication publications and practices at the district to determine gaps.
  • Interview/survey cabinet members and building leadership to understand communication needs.
  • Discuss and make a recommendation related to the potential need of district level support in the area of communications.
  • Refresh and update the district website; work with a stakeholder committee to reorganize the site.
