Participants: 30 KP participants (FF, KPAC team and Monitors )

RESULTS

1. Monitors with KPAC team (supervisors) roll-out data collection for three (3) Community Forums : FF, IGAT HOPE and Kapul Champions.

    • Monitors fill out the paper form (CLM 4 A & B Tool roll-out)
    • Effective communication skills to the KP clients on 3 set of days for each community forums
    • Data documented into Kobo (Web Form)

Information Sharing Workshop

Participants: 36 (NCD PHA participants, KPAC team and Monitors, WVI, FHI 360, NDOH, UNAIDS)

RESULTS

1. KPAC team introduced CLM and its activities to the stakeholders especially to the 23 NCD PHA Clinical Managers and health staff. KPAC presented preliminary results of CLM 3 data findings from 23 NCD PHA Facilities

    • Introduced how to fill out the paper form (CLM 3 tool roll-out)
    • Effective dialogue feedback from the stakeholders (NCD PHAs Facilities)
    • Data documented into Kobo and presented its statistics findings
    • Henduru Clinic Manager (POM Gen. Hospital) was our champion that endorsed this findings be challenge for each staff to do audit in their respective facilities.

  1. KPAC Team presented the data roll-out feedbackk to Heduru Clinic with Health Services Scorecard 3.71 Excellent Certificate

    • Dr. Gedion Nano a champion KPAC thanked KPAC team rolling this data roll out to know his clinic providing best services to KP Clients
