Attendance & Grades

90% rule = students must be in class more than 90% of instruction time. Excused/Unexcused count against credit- 9 per class per semester.
College Visit- only 2 per school year. Verification form required. Can be picked up at CCMR Office and online .
Doctor’s Note & School Business do not count against credit

*** 10th absence will result in an NC (No Credit)

Attendance is mandatory every day

Students MUST check their teachers’ attendance and grades through Skyward

Grades: All classes will receive credit if the grade is 70% or higher

Ordering Official HS Transcripts

After your student has submitted their college application they will need to submit an official transcript.
All Official HS transcripts must be ordered through Parchment.
OnRamps and Alamo Colleges Transcripts for Dual Enrollment and Dual Credit must ordered separately.

Holiday Break Transcript Order Deadlines

Thanksgiving Break Deadline--November 18th...any transcripts ordered after Nov. 18th at noon will be processed after the Thanksgiving Break.

Winter Break Deadline--December 16th ...any transcripts ordered after Dec. 16th will be processed after Winter Break.

**Please submit requests early for processing time and to meet college deadlines**

NEISD Scholarship Database and Bexar County Clearing House Scholarship

Create a Google Sheets Scholarship Tracker to organize the Scholarship opportunities on our Database.

BCCHS- booklet and application will be posted to the Senior Google Classroom and the Counseling Website

Millions of dollars are awarded each year to Reagan students and we want to recognize those students who earn scholarships!
Complete the Scholarship Google form for EVERY Scholarship they are OFFERED.
Only one scholarship can be announced at graduation
Form to submit scholarships will open in January
