Eligibility: Corporate vs. Franchise

Fajita Roundup team members’ eligibility depends on whether their restaurant is Corporate or Franchise. Here’s the difference:

Corporate

Franchise

Fajita Roundup locations that are owned by Fajita Roundup Corporate. This includes specific restaurants owned by Corporate and Fajita Roundup’s corporate headquarters.

Fajita Roundup locations that are owned by entities other than Fajita Roundup corporate. Franchise owners are individuals or companies that pay a franchise fee to use Fajita Roundup's name, logo, and menu.

Eligibility: Corporate vs. Franchise

Here’s how corporate vs. franchise affects eligibility:

  • Fajita Roundup team members who work for a corporate-owned location or corporate HQ are eligible for benefits through Guild.

  • Fajita Roundup team members who work for franchise locations are not currently eligible for benefits through Guild.

Eligibility: Corporate vs. Franchise

You can see in Salesforce if a Fajita Roundup team member works at a corporate or franchise location:

Start on the team member’s lead page in SFDC

Click on the “Employee” tab

If the Business Org ID is “MMM555”, the team member works at a corporate location. If the value is anything else, they work at a franchise.
