Normal school hours:  

    • Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, students are in school from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.  
    • On Mondays, students are in school from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
    • The fourth Monday of each month (and various days during the school year), hours are 8:00 am to 12:00 pm for Teacher Professional Development 

Extended Care (EC) - (415) 564-8001:

    • After school care is offered from the time of dismissal until 6 pm. (Prices are available on the Tuition Plan)

Uniforms:

    • Uniforms may be purchased through Classic Designs.
    • “Panther Pride” Spirit Gear are available for purchase through periodic opening of our online store posted in the newsletters.

Programs Used by Holy Name Families:

    • SCRIP: All families are expected to participate in the SCRIP Program or Opt-Out. SCRIP may be purchased online through RaiseRight at www.raiseright.com. More information on SCRIP will be sent home the first week of school.
    • FACTS: School Financial Management System.  All fees (incidentals and tuition) are paid via FACTS.
    • Beehively: Beehively is an online communication management system that allows parents access to online grades, classroom updates, and the school website. Families need to keep information regarding emergency contacts using the child and parent Beehively profiles.

Hot Lunch program:

    • Hot lunch may be purchased through School FoodiesHoly Name receives a percentage of the food sales. 

Mass:

    • On Mondays and special liturgical days of the year, the entire student body attends the 9:00 am mass.  All students are invited for a blessing if they do not receive communion.  

Parent Teacher Handbook:

  • Parent / Teacher Handbook is available and has been updated.  Please visit it on the Holy Name website under Parents in the Parent / Teacher Handbook section. 

Parent Volunteerism:

  • Holy Name relies on volunteers to make all events successful and it’s what makes the Holy Name Community special.  With your support, we can enhance your child’s school experience even more so. Visit the Volunteer Opportunity section in Parents on our Holy Name Website.

Athletics:

    • Holy Name is proud to be part of CYO Athletics and offers the following sports to our 3rd-8th grade students: Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Baseball, Cross Country, and Track & Field - sign ups for sports seasons are through TeamSideline. Contact our Athletic Director for more info.
