A shot list is given to the crew and is a list of everything that needs to be recorded on film day.

  • Write out your needed shots based on your storyboard
  • Try ordering the shots to maximize efficiency

Make sure you are comfortable with your gear, and that it’s organized and charged.

Create a questions list for your interviewee.

  • Ask a mix of technical and fun questions
  • Practice
  • Don’t forget follow-up questions
  • Send questions beforehand
