Weaknesses

Hear from KOWIN Mentors talk about their weaknesses.

Juliana Chyu, M.D., Dermatologist - “I tend to be a perfectionist. While it can be a positive trait, it does discourage me from trying new things and accepting failures.” “I also still find that I am not comfortable with public speech.”

Irene Sohn, Executive Director of Hanul Family Alliance - “I have a hard time saying ‘no’ when building a new partnership because I want to please everyone. It usually ends up costing more time and effort to adjust expectations.” “I need to improve on giving constructive criticism in a positive and timely manner.” “I find it difficult to speak up against the majority opinion.”

Soo Yeon Lee, Attorney - “I change my mind a lot (impulsive).” “I don’t like having to do things just a certain way. This sometimes means that I have a hard time following rules.”
