Snow Day Options for each snow day missed for Art, Music, Gym or Technology

Please pick one of the options listed on the next slides to complete for your special for your snow day activity. Then, turn in the completed project or a note that says you completed it when you return.

Please select one of the following activities to complete:

1. Draw and color your favorite historical person. For ideas see slide 3.
2. Practice the Cupid Shuffle: Click here for link.
3. Make at least 5 symmetrical shapes and use them to create a collage, add line details or patterns to the shapes.
4. Drums were an important instrument in early American history, please compose a rhythm that is 8 beats long, use quarter notes, eighth notes, quarter rests and half notes. Choose different surfaces to play your rhythm. Click on drum below to access a drum sound.
5. Choose two books from slide #4 to listen to. Share what you learn.
6. Google This! or Just for Kiddles scavenger hunt. See slide 5.
7. Turn in the completed project and written note saying that you completed task to your teacher when you return.
