CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Playing time is earned (12U-17U), coaches discretion
  • All payments & paperwork submitted/completed
  • Required practices
      • Multi sport athletes will be handled on an individual case basis
  • No negativity or poor sportsmanship
      • Players are officiating, be kind
  • Concerns - communicate w/coach
  • 24 hour rule
  • Event behavior - stay to the end
  • Zero tolerance for bullying
  • No substance use

PRACTICE EXPECTATIONS

  • Respect your coaches & other players
  • Practices are not suggestions
      • Communicate with your coach ahead of time, if something comes up.
  • Take care of the volleyball equipment
      • Put things away properly
      • No hanging on the net or ball carts
  • No bags left in hallway
  • Clean up after yourselves in the gym & locker room
  • Water bottles must have a sealed lid

EVENT EXPECTATIONS

  • Represent our club in a positive manner at tournaments.
      • Pick up your belongings from benches, including garbage
      • Always thank the officiating team
  • Officiating
      • Officiating Resources
      • Pay attention
      • No food or phones at the officials table
      • If you are not officiating, hang out somewhere else
  • Most importantly - HAVE FUN

Extra Tournaments

  • Coach must be available to be there
  • Will be at the cost of the team
  • Minimum of 8 girls must be able to attend
  • Extra practice time is not guaranteed
  • No extra tournaments past May

  • Wednesday, Nov. 19th@ CMS from 6-8
  • No coaching taking place, just come and play to prepare for the season!
  • No assigned courts for particular teams, come and get to know everyone!

  • Dates:
      • January 31st - 14U (CMS)
      • February 1st - 15U, 16U & 17U (CIHS & CMS)
      • March 21st- D Black (CMS)
      • March 22nd - 12U & 13U (CIHS & CMS)
  • $200 deposit check held until after the tournament
      • If you work 4 hours, your deposit check will be destroyed
      • Reference player’s name in memo area
      • If you don’t work, the club will deposit your�check

  • Paperwork & money drop off Friday, Dec. 5th from 5-7PM
