Club Incubation Centre (CIC)

  • Two types : CIC Leadership Advisor, CIC Communication Specialist�
  • CIC volunteers will help the club to achieve membership/education goals. Minimum support for 3 months or 12 meetings.

  • CIC volunteers will be assigned via

    • LDP Participants

  • Support for 12 meetings or 3 months
  • Cadence calls every month with the CIC volunteers & checklist template will be shared

Club Coaches

  • A club must have at least one but not more than 12 members to qualify for a club coach appointment.
  • Up to 2 Club Coaches are assigned per club who shouldn’t be a member of the club at the time of appointment.
  • A club coach is recognized and receives credit if the club to which she/he is assigned achieves Distinguished Status by June 30th provided they have served for at least 6 months in the role. The club coach term is for 2 years.
  • Cadence calls every month with the club coaches and existing Toastmasters International resources to be used
  • District Officer credit is valid for the Club coach if the coach helps the club achieve 20 members and Distinguished (or above) status.

The Navigator - Buddy Clubs

The navigator club : A strong club (20+ members) supporting struggling clubs with 13<=members<=19 and less quality meetings

For Navigator clubs to be awarded

  1. The club should support at least 3 months ; 12 meetings
  2. Minimum 4 members from navigator club to support , mentor members etc.
  3. The club assigned a navigator club has to be a Distinguished Club
  4. Nominate your club : Become A Navigator Club

Club Collaboration League Rendezvous & Linkers Redefined - with Point system

  1. Host maximum of 2 joint meetings per quarter with minimum 2 or maximum 4 clubs
  2. Exchange min 3 role takers per meeting
  3. Co-host one educational session/new member induction
  4. Attach poster picture and/or meeting picture
  5. Bonus : Include one new club
  6. Bonus: Struggling Club (8-12) or (13-19 Member Club) in Rendezvous - List of struggling clubs to be given by CGD office

Forms should be filled within 15 days of conducting Rendezvous meetings

Clubs should not repeatedly conduct rendezvous meetings with the same clubs.

Every quarter CGD office will publish rankings to build excitement!

Open Houses

  1. Open House Sessions or Membership Drives
    1. Help clubs to conduct open houses
    2. From the CGD office - DOs' and DONT's of an open house
    3. D92 Toastmasters' Speakers list - In collaboration with the PQD team
    4. Tracker by the growth catalyst team
    5. Posting the open house snippets on social media - clubs should fill the form within 15 days of conducting the open house. For example : a club conducted an open house on 1st May or 15th May, they should submit the form by 15th may or 30th may respectively to be featured in the June month and so on.
  2. It is recommended to invite a non Toastmaster as keynote speaker (Corporate senior leaders/College faculties/Influential). However this is not a mandatory criteria.
  3. Clubs can also look at having stalls in cafeteria and have different sections - Why Toastmasters Desk, Pathways Desk, Mentor-Mentee Desk etc.

Mentors & Sponsors

  • Allocation of Mentors and Sponsors via a pool of interested members which would be collated through a volunteer nomination form shared by the CGD office
  • Workshops to be conducted periodically to train the sponsors and mentors and checklists to be provided to help them better understand their roles and responsibilities
  • A specific sponsor workshop to be planned for all members of D92 so that lead generation is a process and not a task
  • Monthly Calls with New Club Mentors & Sponsors ensuring that all the new clubs are well on track with required support by the Growth Catalyst team. ADs to drive the discussions with the Excom!!
  • Coordinating with the Club Sponsors to help facilitate the basic educational sessions in the beginning and to push participation for first 3 months.

  • Eligibility: Any Toastmasters Club of District 92

  • Criteria: Date of Open House, picture of Open House Session in progress along with promotion material used has to be submitted within 15 days of organizing the session.

Following number of members to be added within 60 days of conducting Open House Session.

Gold - Minimum of 10 members to be added in the next 60 days of the Open House.

Silver - Minimum of 8 Members to be added in the next 60 days of the Open House.

Bronze - Minimum of 5 Members to be added in the next 60 days of the Open House.

  1. Addition of new, dual and reinstated members all count towards the award

  • Gold - If the club achieves President’s Distinguished status.
  • Silver - If the club achieves Select Distinguished status.
  • Bronze - If the club achieves Distinguished status.

Note: The Club President should acknowledge the efforts of the mentor via the form which will be shared from the CGD office
