Automatically calculate and add Reduced Parking Supply TDM points if project is providing less parking than the Citywide Parking Baseline #831

  • This tooltip was discussed at our team meeting on 5/11/22 as a possible option on page 3 to show the user the connection of what their points would be for the Reduced Parking Supply measure.

  • This is currently not in the flow of the prototype, but just an option that can be added.

Issues for stakeholders’ review

Affordable Housing Level Percentage #1130

  • After the stakeholders’ meeting held on 4/19/22, we were told to have an input that asks ‘how many affordable units they were building’ on Page 2 but it is unclear if LADOT wanted the percentage question deleted on page 2.
  • We are of the opinion that if left on page 2 and it is selected, it should auto select on Page 4.

Misrepresentation of the cost of Transit Passes #1135

  • During the last Stakeholders’ meeting held on 05/03/22, we discussed reducing range sizes and increasing the number of range selections to fairly adjust earned points while aligning them with metro’s guidelines; we are waiting on these new ranges and also a tooltip that explains how each gradation was selected.

Detailed information on shared parking #1136

  • We discussed providing descriptive information in the tooltip regarding how parking is assumed to be shared at the last Stakeholders' meeting on 05/03/22, and we were told a meeting with your team would be held the next day and this will be discussed; we are following up to get an answer to this after the discussion with your team.

Bonus package confusion #1137

  • During the last Stakeholders’ meeting on 05/03/22, we discussed clarifying the existing tooltip by explaining "checking this box preselects the following strategies" if the bonus package will not be exclusive to level 1 projects, and Xander said he would be discussing this with David; We would like to know the status on this.
