Populate your student information, education history, and family details.

Step 2: Access the School Directory

Explore / Apply
Click “Explore/Apply to a school” to access the Ravenna School Directory.

Filter & Find
Filter Bay Area Schools by Saint Francis High School in the School Directory.
Step 3: “Apply” to Saint Francis
After you find Saint Francis in the school directory, click the “Apply” button to start your preliminary application.

After you read the form description, click the arrow to access the form.

Complete all required questions on the form, select "continue", and then click the green "Go to Pay & Submit" button to submit your application form and fee.
A note about the preliminary application form
Interview Registration
You will submit your preferred dates for your student admissions interview on the application form. The Admissions team will then schedule your interview and share your interview date, time, and location via email in early January.
HSPT Registration
You can register to take the HSPT at Saint Francis on the application form. Please select Saint Francis as your test site and then select your preferred test date. Please note that HSPT dates are NOT first come first serve. We guarantee students will be able to take the test on our campus on their preferred date.
Step 4: Complete Additional Forms
After you submit the preliminary forms you can view the additional forms:

Request 2 Academic Letters of Recommendation

Request 7th & 8th Grade transcripts from your school

Request Non-Academic Letter of recommendation (Optional)

Complete the Tuition Assistance App (Optional)
A note about requesting transcripts & recommendations

Both the Letters of Recommendation and Transcript Request Form prompt you to add delegates to complete this form for you.

Click the "Add delegate" button to enter contact details for the educators who will submit your recommendations and academic records.
