Temple IDEAL Program Information

Temple (IDEAL program) Purposes:

  • To engage with diversity education (classes below)
  • To access cultural, anti-racist and LGBTQIA+ resources
  • To attend cultural and/or LGBTQIA+ events, which are open to all students
  • To report instances of discrimination/harressment
  • To seek a safe space
  • Professional opportunities
    • Students can also become Diversity Peers.
      • Plan programs focused on the theme of diversity, inclusion, and equity
      • Facilitate a minimum of (1) workshop(s) focused on diversity, inclusion, and equity per semester
      • Attend weekly meetings as a Diversity Peer cohort
      • Hold a minimum of (1) office hour at IDEAL
