    • For student researchers: good practice for presenting posters at local/national meetings

ACCP Clinical Pharmacy Challenge

  • Date: TBD
  • One team will represent UOP at the national competition against other pharmacy institutions
  • P1s and P2s are eligible
  • Quiz-bowl style where teams (of 3 students) will compete against each other!
      • Trivia/Lightning Round
      • Case Studies Round
      • Jeopardy Style
  • Example Topics: Anticoagulation, Asthma/COPD, Biostatistics, Cardiovascular Disorders, Clinical Trial Design, Critical Care, Dermatology, and MORE!

Residency Mock Interviews

  • Date: TBD (Summer Trimester)
  • Collaboration with PLS and CSHP
  • Opportunity for students to prepare for residency interviews
  • Interview will be conducted by faculty and pharmacists
  • Students will be divided into groups then disperse into breakout rooms and have time allocated for an interview, CV review, and questions
