This is an important year for your child. The foundation of math and reading will be established. You will witness your child grow and learn tremendously. Although we may face some challenges, we are sure to get through them and have an amazing year.

This is my 5th year teaching. My husband and I have been married for 3 years and have a cute fur child named Chloe. The majority of my free time is spent with my family and friends. I also really love going to the movies!! I am a loving, but challenging teacher! I promise to make sure your child learns and stays safe while learing!

Breakfast and lunch will be provided (free) daily again this year. If packing your child’s lunch, please choose foods and containers that your child can open on his/her own. We are trying to not touch others items as much due to certain COVID procedures.
Our lunch is around 11:00, so your child will need a snack in the afternoon. Please send a snack with your child daily along with non-spill water bottle filled with WATER.
SNACKS
Car Pick Up: Car tags are needed to pick up students in the car line. Please know that we will not release students without the proper tag. Tags will be sent home with students on the first day of school. If additional tags are needed, please let me know. 1st Grade car dismissal will begin at 3:20. 2nd Grade carpool will begin at 3:35. Please note that if you are picking up a child in 1st and 2nd grade, you should plan to pick up at 3:35.

Bus: Students will remain in the classroom until their bus is called to load. Please be patient as we work to get your child home safely.
All students will be issued a Chromebook. They are expected to keep it in their backpack and bring it to school daily. A case is highly recommended to protect the laptop. (They are 11.6”)
We will be using them throughout the year in our class.
