THE HOOK

Spring Forward Into Awe

Awe is a friend of gratitude and a precursor of abundance.

"What we are grateful for increases; what we take for granted, decreases."

There is no scarcity in nature. Since we are part of nature — there is no scarcity in us. Only thinking makes it so.

THE HOOK

You Are a Miracle of the Universe

No matter how many human beings exist on Earth — each of us is utterly unique.

Our purpose: to live, flourish, relish, and nourish the things that give us joy.

We are unique — and yet we are one. Both truths coexist.

A sprout pushing through a sidewalk crack is proof: Life springs eternal.

THE PROBLEM

We've Learned to Hide Our True Selves

We tell stories that are flat-out untrue — and then we believe them.

We withhold truth from loved ones, friends, colleagues — anyone we fear disappointing.

We package our story for approval.

And here's the cost: inauthenticity blocks access to awe entirely.

THE PROBLEM

Conformity: The Kiss of Death to Awe

Fitting in. Packaging yourself for herd approval.

When we seek outside approval, we create a divided life — splitting ourselves in two.

Separation creates the illusion of disconnectedness — the primary cause of suffering.

Under every shadow belief is a measure of unworthiness. — Carl Jung

THE PROBLEM

The Shady Side of Awe 🫢

Awe isn't always sunshine and rainbows.

Life is full of twists, turns, breakdowns — and breakthroughs.

The negative side of awe can print drama and trauma in the mind — even leading to PTSD.

Shadow work invites us to illuminate what we've been afraid to face — so the real journey to awe can begin.

STEP 1 — GRATITUDE

Open Your Eyes: Awe Is Everywhere

🌱

New Life

A sprout through concrete proves abundance. Notice new life daily.

☘️

Gratitude

What you appreciate, appreciates. Gratitude is the gateway to awe.

🌍

Oneness

Earth and all creation share one great mind. We are never alone.

STEP 2 — HONESTY

Become Honest With Yourself First

01

Notice the Stories

Observe how often you soften, withhold, or reshape the truth to avoid conflict.

02

Name the Fear

Inauthenticity is rooted in fear — of conflict, rejection, or outside disapproval.

03

Tell the Raw Truth

The world needs the real you. Becoming honest with yourself is the first step to awe.

STEP 3 — ADVERSITY

Turn Adversity Into Awe

Gary Woodland's Story

US Open champion. Brain tumor survivor. PTSD warrior. Gary Woodland won the Texas Children’s Houston Open. His first PGA Tour victory since recovering from brain surgery.

He let love heal everything — from family, team, and community. Adversity became his greatest awe.

"Love heals everything and is behind everything. When you are suffering — put love on it."

Have you answered your call?

STEP 4 — CALIBRATE

Recalibrate Your Awe Meter

✦ Positive awe → purpose, fulfillment, living fully.

✦ Negative awe → drama, trauma, PTSD.

"Life is not a dress-rehearsal." — William Shakespeare

STEP 5 — CHASE YOUR AWE

Find YOUR Awe & Chase It Fully

What stirs wonder in you? Is it art, music, science, sports, literature, or space?

🎨 Art

🎵 Music

🔬 Science

🏆 Sports

📖 Literature

🌌 Space & Wonder

STEP 6 — LOVE IN ACTION

Artemis II: Awe on a Cosmic Scale

🚀 From behind the dark side of the moon, Earth looked like a beautiful light in the galaxy.

💛 The Artemis crew's press conference became an unexpected seminar on love, gratitude, and awe.

🌍 In the deepest darkness of space, what they sought most was the return home — to love.

"We are one crew, one body, one mind, one heart."

STEP 7 — WORTHINESS

How Worthy Are You — This Lifetime?

Mirror Work: Take a long look at yourself in the mirror — at least one full minute.

The urge to look away reveals a divided life: you vs. them.

Worthiness, connection, and belonging are three of our deepest human needs.

Worthiness is not earned — it is a birthright.

STEP 8 — LET GO

A Great Imagination & a Short Memory

"The two best qualities a champion has: a great imagination and a short memory."

— Jack Nicklaus

We spend decades packing what we think we'll need — then years unpacking useless weight.

Every day is a chance to let go — and be who you actually are, not who you've packaged yourself to be.

STEP 9 — DAILY AWE

Awe: An Everyday Elixir

"A well-hit golf shot sends a feeling up the shaft, through your hands, and into your heart." — Ben Hogan

3 Affirmations on Awe:

✦ Awe is the Life That I Am.

✦ Awe is the Infinite Expressing Itself Through Me.

✦ Awe is My Connection to the Awe of the Universe.

Being who you aren't is the hardest work you will ever do. Being who you ARE is easy. It is you.
