• Absences: When a student is absent, the parent/guardian must report the absence to the school by emailing.
• Late Arrivals: TARDY TABLE: Students who arrive late to school will enter through the main entrance, proceed to the front office to check-in. If it is an excused tardy parents should email or send in a note- Take assigned transportation- bus is always excused if late.
• Early Dismissal:
• Send an email or note from the e-mail address on your family file
• Attach a photocopy/pdf image of the drivers license for the person picking up the student. This person must be listed in your family file as an emergency SUPPORTS.
• Indicate the reason and time for the early dismissal, and if they will return to school
• Parent name and phone number
