How to apply to be a part of the company
Cast hopefuls will need to go online at www.tinyurl.com/whshellodollyauditions. On this site you will find all of the audition materials to rehearse. You will also need to fill out an application. This is due at your audition. You will need to be signed in to your FISD account to view materials.
Crew hopefuls will need to fill out the Technical/Crew Applications. It is due by Sept. 24th at the end of the day.
Interviews for crew leads will be held during advisory the week of auditions; you will sign up for a specific time slot on the callboard. Please bring your application, resume and any relevant drawings, renderings or ideas with you to your interview. Be prepared to discuss how you will serve the production and in what capacity you see yourself working. If you don’t have any work to bring with you just be prepared to sell what you can do!
What to do when you arrive for auditions
When you arrive for your audition time, please go to the black box, sign in, and warm up. Your group will be called to the stage from there.
Just because you are not called back does not mean that you will not be in the show!

How many actors will be in this show?
Good question. This show has a large ensemble, so the cast will be large. Please be prepared, however, to be a happy part of the company. Both ensemble members and crew are as important as leads! The ensemble in this show can make or break the whole thing!
When are rehearsals?
Make sure to check the calendar on the website as you are filling your your audition form! We create specific work schedules based on your conflicts so it is important that you are clear on your form!
What to do if you are chosen to be a part of the company?
Cast and crew will all need to attend the first rehearsal on October 1. It will start at 4:30 sharp.
We will allow a reasonable number of pre-planned conflicts. Please fill out the conflict form on the audition application.
If you are sick, please contact me before 3:30 either via phone or e-mail to let us know they will not be at rehearsal.
It is very important to everyone’s success that all cast and crew members attend all rehearsals to which they are called!
Company Policies cont.
ANY STUDENT WHO FAILS ANY CLASS IN THE SECOND SIX WEEKS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PLAY. THIS IS ACCORDING TO STATE LAW!
There will be an $85 costume fee for cast members. Crew will be asked to purchase a tech polo, if they don’t already have one. These will be paid through My Payments Plus. More information will be given out at the first rehearsal. The company t-shirt (not required) will be $20.
