Meet the Teacher: Anne Marie D’Andrade
Hello!
I have been teaching at Hamilton school for 22 years. I have taught first, second and fourth grade. I also spent seven years teaching as part of the Academically Independent program at Hamilton.
Background:
Prior to becoming a teacher in 2003, I worked in the toy industry for a prototype firm in New Jersey and at The Exploratorium, a hands-on science museum in San Francisco.
My Family:
I have a wonderful husband who is a painter and a marvelous daughter named Marinne, who works for ALS HOPES Foundation We have two dogs named Cyrus and Otis.
Things to know:
Favorite activities: visiting Pittsburgh, spending time with our family, and throwing the ball with the dogs.
