Increase stakeholder involvement by:

  • Facilitating a PBIS training for all new staff members on 8/12/16.
  • Offering to do an overview of PBIS for all board members.
  • Inviting board members to attend our events/celebrations.
  • Reporting data/progression of implementation at District Leadership Team Meetings on 10/17 & 12/19.
