NSRF: Chalk Talk Protocol

  • No one may talk at all during the designated time
  • All comments should be written on the board/paper
    • Use designated markers for the whiteboard wall
  • You may respond to comments by
    • adding related or contrasting thoughts
    • drawing a line to similar comments
    • adding exclamation marks, stars, smiley faces to a comment
    • drawing a picture that shows your thinking
