ABET
‘...professionals at your service’
Product name – ABET
Industry – Online On-demand Home Services
PROBLEM STATEMENT
Finding a reliable and trusted artisan can be a hassle and this makes it hard to find the professional services we often need. Some of these artisans are also inexperienced and often prove difficult to work with, thereby leading to poor services.
WHY/PROBLEM
• Inexperienced artisans lead to poor services.
• Often times, these artisans purchase low quality products leading to property damage and sometimes injuries.
• Unrealistic service charge.
• Poor exposure, lack of education and absence of market intelligence on the part of the artisan.
• Inability to reach a large clientele.
GOAL/SOLUTION
• To create a platform where users can easily access professional artisans from the comfort of their homes.
• To increase the reach of these Artisans. With an online reach, their profits are no longer limited by the number of customers that can physically visit their brick-and-mortar location.
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
ABET is an online directory that connects individuals to vetted and professional artisans on the go and at an affordable rate. My mission is to provide the convenience you need by helping you get access to these artisans and providing the necessary support you need.
PROJECT GOAL
• To create a platform for users to easily connect with trusted artisans.
• To create a platform for new and old artisans to reach out to clients that need their skills
• To create a platform that connects artisans and clients as quickly as possible to avoid wastage of time and resources
• To create a platform that facilitates the payments for services rendered by artisans.
PROJECT OBJECTIVE
• To onboard 100 professional artisans by Sept. 2023
• To onboard 500 end-users by Oct. 2023
• To successfully complete minimum of 200 transactions by Dec. 2023
• To run monthly Google ads and social media ads to acquire 50% leads.
• Increase brand awareness and customer retention by 20% by running incentive programs monthly
ASSUMPTIONS
• Its predictable that users will be able to seamlessly use the product and access professional artisans.
• I assume that artisans will be able to deliver professional services to the users.
• I believe that people find it hard to get trusted professional artisans.
• I believe that people are willing to pay for the services.
• Artisans will like to connect to more customers.
