Neurgolee Connect Care Patient Commitments

  1. What if my patient needs technical support with the app? ��Neuroglee Tech Support - phone and video tech support for patients, caregivers (hardware, software, connectivity) and Referring providers (Dashboard access, viewing)
  2. What if my patient has new clinical issues arise during the care journey?��Patient/Care Partner Support - Our clinical team and customer success team work together to address and respond to patient and care partner needs in real time to reach a quick and safe resolution. This may be patient presented or through patients' responses within the program that prompt care escalation. Our providers will coordinate with the referring MD when needed.�
  3. Are there any up front, out of pocket costs to the patient? ��No. The iPad and patient or care partner software are provided at no cost during the care journey (up to 9 months during active engagement). The iPads are collected from patients at the end of their journey (~9-12 months),�The virtual care visits with our providers will be submitted to their insurance for reimbursement and subject to any deductible, copay requirements of the insurance plan. No copays will be collected at the time of service.�
  4. Does my patient have to have a care partner? ��No. However, patients are most successful with the program when a care partner is involved. �If there is no viable person to support the patient in this capacity, please discuss with one of �our team at the time of referral.��

  1. Does my patient need a computer or other device for the virtual visits? Do they need Wi-Fi? ��No. The virtual visits are conducted using the iPad they have been provided. They are welcome to use personal Wi-Fi, but there is cell service active on the iPad for all who need it.�
  2. What results have you seen so far? ��Our first clinical trial using the Neuroglee Connect App demonstrated improved Overall Memory, Immediate and Delayed Memory in patients who followed the program for 10 weeks. There were additional benefits seen with reduced anxiety and depression symptoms.

  1. What if my patient doesn’t live in state? ��Our providers are licensed and credentialed to provide care across the US, including NY and CT.  If we cannot care for your patient virtually, we will still engage and support them with the app.

  1. Can my patient pause the program? �� While it is preferable to complete the 12 week journey in continuous weeks, we can accommodate extenuating circumstances where the patient may need to pause for other health or personal reasons.
