Recommended Timeline for Faculty

Please communicate regularly with your school liaison. Nearly all liaisons have full loads outside of supporting CCAP. Please allow them time to address concerns and meet with students, and possibly parents, to get them back on track.

  • End of Week 1: Notify liaisons of no shows or non-participation who may need to be dropped. Connect with liaisons to ensure your roster in Campus Solutions matches their roster in PowerSchool.
  • Week 2: Follow up with liaisons before dropping students
  • Week 8: Communicate students’ progress to both students and liaisons, so there is time to address concerns prior to W deadline
  • Week 10: Follow up with liaisons about students who should withdraw
  • Week 15: Notify liaisons of students at risk of failing
