WHY MAY WE USE A TOOL ?

• FEELS Name the tension you perceive
• EXPLORE goals and objectives, culture, process, technology available
• DEFINE Clarify the service we need: what criterias must / should / could we consider?�

HOW TO MAKE IT USEFUL TO ONF ?

• TEST Start small - set up a proof of concept to validate the tool adequation
• ONBOARD Build required material and communicate (ensure change management)
• ADAPT Mesure satisfaction and adjust

Identification of major unalignment with our team efficiency

Observations

• The “technical side” of OFN seems better equipped
• Some feature (lines) are field with multiple tools
• Some feature (lines) are poor even if important : “decision taking” or “people relationship”
• ​

Deductions

• Major feature are operating with multiple tools, like “doc. management” and “project management“
• Slack seems to be a (kind of) glue, ie lots or our tools have a Slack integration
