Transportation Changes

• Students must have a written note in their green folder for all changes. Do not email me as I may not get it in time. Call the office for last minute changes.
• A note must be provided if a non-custodial person is picking up, and they must be listed on the emergency card. ID’s are checked.
• Permanent changes through

transportation office

(5 Days to process).

Attendance �

​

• Send in signed excuse slip or note within 3 days, or email Mrs. Snavely a photo of the signed note to jrbattendance@warwicksd.org
• Contact school if your child’s absence reaches 3 days.
• Email me for make up work arrangements, otherwise I will save and send home when your child returns to school.
• Family Trip Approval Form on Warwick website - 5 days/2 trips

Essentials

• No flip flops for safety when running.
• Please keep toys, jewelry, fidgets and personal items at home to minimize distractions.
• Thank you for

water bottles!

• A sweater or sweatshirt

Birthdays

• Party invitations cannot be distributed in class, unless the whole class is invited. This is a school district policy, and is meant to prevent hurt feelings.

• Teachers can not give out phone numbers or addresses due to privacy.
• Food treats must be ordered from cafeteria - see form on website.
• Small non-food treats are welcome!
• We currently have 20 students.

• Support staff assist with small groups, 1-1 instruction and assessment
• Intervention known as “Tier”
• Written notification if qualifying or exiting Tier 2 or 3 anytime during the year
