THE INDIVIDUAL OPTIMIZATION PROJECTS (IPO)

THE MANAGEMENT OF THE METHODOLOGICAL AND SPORTS AREA OF A FOOTBALL CLUB.

      • What are the possibilities of attending to individual training through team training?

      • What percentage of work do we dedicate to the individual needs of the player?

      • What percentage of work do we dedicate to job specificity?

      • How and when do we attend to diversity in the group?

      • How many technicians make up the coaching staff, how do I effectively deal with it alone, and with other dynamics?

      • Do we have enough space to develop the program established with guarantees?
