Purpose of the RPFA

To create a vibrant community at Redlands in conjunction with the Community Engagement team and the School Executive to enable meaningful connections for our parent community with the school and our children

Highlights during COVID year:

Fundraising was significantly higher than last year with FoRowing undertaking a parent rowing regatta and RPFA running two online 2nd hand uniform sales.�

RPFA made the following donations:

  • $25,802 to School - Rowing ($24,864) and Basketball ($938) departments;
  • $16,996 to Redlands Foundation Belinda Oxley means-tested scholarship;
  • $10,802 - to Staff Appreciation, doubling on last year’s contribution during this difficult COVID period; and
  • $5,000 to School for Legacy gifts (Yrs 6 & 12).

Approximately 90% of RPFA funds held have been pledged towards 2022 events including Twilight Drinks, initiatives to reconnect the community, Spring Fair, and a further donation from Friends of Rowing to the School’s Rowing department.
