The Good Stuff

  • Hybrid offerings support equity and inclusion.
  • Solid room AV support.
  • Recordings of individual presentations were immediately available.
  • Google Slides auto captions
  • Everyone thought Pam Bogart’s pre-recorded session was live!

What We Learned For Next Time

  • Give yourself more time to prep!
  • Dedicated staff to engage with and speak for the online audience.
  • Practice! Practice! Practice!
  • Consider additional room tech to support on-site speakers.
  • Order catering WAY sooner.
