Fun Fact of Clinical Pharmacy

• VABYSMO (faricimab-svoa) was just approved by the FDA as a prefilled syringe.
• Faricimab-svoa is the first FDA-approved bispecific antibody used for treatment of the eye.
• Faricimab-svoa is used to treat the three leading causes of vision loss: neovascular, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic macular edema, and macular edema following retinal vein occlusion.

Research Symposium

• Date: Friday, July 12^th 6-8PM
• Presenters + posters: Medicare research, pharmacy students research with professors, grad/PhD students
• DC/DUC Ballroom
• 2 awards: Outstanding Poster Presentation and Excellence in Research
• There will be 3 Judges!
• If you are presenting, please come 30 min early. If you are attending please come 10 min early.

Membership Appreciation

• Date: Tuesday, July 16th | 7-9pm
