Salient Features:

Bird: Birds have beaks, feathers, two wings, and four claw toes.

Car: Cars have wheels, windows, and doors.

Button: Buttons are round and have holes in them.

Salient Features:

Orange: Oranges are round and have tough orange-colored skin.

Leaf: Leaves have flat bodies and a stem.

Basketball: Basketballs are round, brownish orange color, and have indented black curvy lines.

Salient Features:

Chick: Chickens have feathers, beaks, and claw-like feet.

Cup: Cups have a flat bottom and a curved rimmed opening at the top.

Sock: Socks have a long vertical section that covers the leg and a shorter horizontal section that covers the foot.

Salient Features:

Spoon: Spoons have a long, skinny handle and a curved scoop.

Broccoli: Broccoli is a green vegetable that grows in dome-shaped bunches.

Grasshopper: Grasshoppers have a long body with long legs and two long antennae.

Salient Features:

Scissors: Scissors have two looped handles and two blades.

Hat: A hat has a round dome that covers someone’s head and a visor to shade the eyes.

Shark: Sharks have sharp teeth, a triangular dorsal fin, and a long body.

Salient Features:

Butterfly: Butterflies have a thin body, antennae, and wings.

Balloon: Balloons are round and have a triangle point at the bottom where there is a knot to keep the air in.

Plum: Plums are small and round and have a stem and leaves.

Bucket: Buckets have a flat bottom, are shaped like cylinders, and have a large round opening at the top with a handle.

Flower: Flowers have a long stem, leaves, and petals.

Heart: Hearts have two curved parts that meet at a point.
