3D Run failed on NERSC and C1.h5 file got corrupted.
NERSC CFS automatic backup easily available
Plot_field worked but not /lcfs neither plot_scalar.
Luckily, NERSC keep 7 days of ‘.snapshots’ for CFS system! Every project has its own (although not shown with ls -la)
/global/cfs/cdirs/mp288/.snapshots
Important to launch runs from CFS! (I do cfs 🡪 scratch 🡪 cfs). Not sure how other spaces (home,scratch) are backed up.
