2nd shift: Wait for 1st shift to return

Sick Leave Procedure

Call 7:00-7:30 AM to ext 8081 to inform IC
Get doctor's sick leave certificate
Call back after doctor visit to report:

Number of sick leave days
Attach doctor's certificate in e sick

Black Rainstrom warning/ Typhoon signal No. 8 or above before 8:00 (working hour)

Do not come to work, elective list will suspend till signal drop
Call IC if you have any problem
within 2 hrs arrive after signal drop

每日入OT房：�

1）房燈較到最光

2）開抽癈氣系統

3）檢查房間溫度是否正確：溫度維持21-22，濕度50

4）麻醉機做self test、ecg、 Spo2, BP cable 齊不齊，準備BP cap, dag, velband

5）要check監察用monitor係不係揀咗成人、BP每5分鐘量一次（每逢星期一要discharge 麻醉機資料）

6）check OT床

7）檢查插喉車工具

8）準備第一個case 要準備麻醉用品、set水

9）檢查麻醉房麻醉用品、要檢查OT 房藥車、暖櫃、打豆車物品
