ACCESSING THE ACCOUNT

Sign in through the institutional license
Access is issued per lecturer through a short registration form — this keeps the institutional license secure and accountable.

Fill out the registration form first at the link provided — Log Form.

After you submit, your Canva Pro ADC credentials are issued at the end of the form — use them to log in to Canva.

Complete the registration form to receive your account.
Credentials are personal — do not share them with students.

SETTING UP YOUR FOLDER

Create your folder before you design
A named folder keeps the Home dashboard uncluttered and your materials easy to locate across semesters.

Open Projects in the left-hand sidebar.

Click Add New (top right) and select Folder.

Name it clearly — include the course and your name.

Create every design inside this folder.
NAMING EXAMPLE
Business Statistics — Dr. A. Wijaya
Course name first, then the owner. Clear names save time next semester.

Use the shared account responsibly
Lecturer-Only Access
Never share the login with students. To collaborate, share a design link so students join with their own accounts.
AI Tools — Magic Studio
Encouraged for educational visuals. Always verify AI-generated content for academic accuracy before presenting.
Copyright
Ensure uploaded or external assets are royalty-free or comply with academic fair use.
