Common Ground Work Day

We will have our annual work day to help spread mulch, paint and seal benches, power wash playground equipment and other Common Ground Maintenance. The cul-de-sac’s will also get fresh mulch. Please bring shovels, rakes, and gloves if you have them. All ages are welcome!�

Neighborhood Entrance Signs

  • We are in the process of getting bids to add a neighborhood sign at each entrance to the subdivision.
    • Located on Pinrun Dr and Trianon Dr

Neighborhood Party

  • Our last neighborhood party was in 2019! We would love to bring back this fun neighborhood event for Fall of 2023! If you are interested in volunteering to make this event successful, please let a trustee know.
